AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By creating an account with Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
DEFINITIONS
In these Terms, "we", "us" or "our" refers to Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel; "you" means the player using our services; "Account" means your gaming account with us; "Gaming Services" means any games or activities provided by us via computer, mobile phone, tablet or other electronic device.

The laws that govern these Terms and Conditions are those of Washington State and/or the Chehalis Tribe's Tribal Gaming Compact.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You must provide accurate, true and complete information when creating or updating your Account. We reserve the right to suspend or close any Account if we believe that you have provided false information.
RESIDENTIAL LIMITATIONS
The Gaming Services are intended for persons residing in Canada only (and subject to applicable gaming regulations).
GAMING PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS
You agree not to use the Gaming Services if your jurisdiction prohibits online gaming, or if you have been restricted by us or any other licensed casino.
WAGERING AGE RESTRICTION
We do not allow minors (persons under 18) to place bets on our Gaming Services.
IDENTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION OF PERSONALITY
To maintain our commitment to responsible gaming, we require players to verify their identity and age by providing documentation upon request.
RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR MODIFY SERVICE
We reserve the right at any time without notice or liability to modify, suspend or terminate your Account in whole or in part for any reason (including suspected cheating or collusion).
You agree not to harass us with multiple registrations from different locations or devices.
Your account may be limited and/or temporarily suspended while we investigate matters that appear unusual.
FINAL DECISION IN DISPUTES
We will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly, but our decision is final in the event of any disagreement between you and Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel regarding these Terms and Conditions or any other matter connected with your use of Gaming Services.
CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may change these Terms at any time by updating this document on our website.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, unless otherwise stated in the specific amendment.
GOVERNING LAW
Any disputes or claims arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Washington State law (exclusive jurisdiction).
RIGHT OF SETTLEMENT
You agree that any disputes between us may be resolved through Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") methods, such as mediation.
LIMITATION ON DAMAGES
You acknowledge that neither Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel nor its affiliates are responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our Gaming Services (including damage to computer equipment).
RIGHT TO CLOSE ACCOUNT
Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to close your account without prior notice.
CASH OUT LIMITS AND WITHDRAWAL FEES
The minimum amount for a cash-out is $25.
We reserve the right to charge fees or withhold winnings when processing withdrawals.
You are not entitled to withdraw any money unless we have confirmed that you can do so.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, trade-marks and materials used on our Gaming Services remain the property of Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel.
